Before We Get Started

Before we start your nutrition and exercise program, you will need to fill out and sign a medical form. This form can be downloaded HERE and printed out. Be sure to bring this form with you to our first meeting.

Your Two Free Sessions

During your two free sessions we will:

  • Go over your health history
  • Complete a body fat assessment
  • Take girth measurements
  • Take your blood pressure
  • Tind your resting heart rate and BMR
  • Make recommendations for starting a food diary and taking a "before" picture
  • Go over specific long and short-term goals
  • Determine a set routine (time, place, number of sessions per week)

Your first exercise session will begin following this initial consultation. Your individualized program will be kept on record to monitor your success results. Every 6 weeks we will reassess your results and make any necessary changes. I will show you proper form and technique for each exercise you do. I will diversify your workouts, improve your stamina, strength, flexibility, and help you understand the fundamentals of an effective workout program.

Workout Reminder

Each time you workout don't forget to:

  • Allow yourself 10-15 minutes to stretch and warm up for a proper and safe workout
  • Bring a towel and a bottle of water
  • Maintain a positive attitude!
